Om Mani Padme Hum Prayer Beads
Om Mani Padme Hum — the six-syllable mantra of Avalokiteśvara, the bodhisattva of compassion. In Tibetan Buddhist tradition, each syllable purifies a different realm of suffering; together they encode the complete path of transformation. These prayer beads—mala—are used to count repetitions of the mantra, the physical act of counting anchoring the mind in sustained recitation.
108 beads: the number holds significance across multiple traditions—108 defilements in Buddhist cosmology, 108 names of the divine, and the ratio of the sun's distance to its diameter. Not an arbitrary count.
Crystal beads in red or black. Available in 12mm and 14mm bead sizes and a 16mm large format for prominent display or altar placement.
